Our services are intended for graduates and working professionals. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into binding agreements.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Respond promptly to communication and feedback requests
• Review drafts and final deliverables within the agreed timeline

Failure to provide necessary inputs may delay or impact service quality.

Payments:

• Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the onboarding process.
• All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.

Revisions:

• Resume writing includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery
• Website and logo design revisions are subject to the scope agreed upon at the start
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

Refund Policy:

We strive for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are limited:

• Full Refund: If no work has commenced and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment
• Partial Refund: If work has started but not completed, based on the percentage of work done
• No Refund: Once final deliverables have been sent, or services are marked as complete

SB Ramu is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Employment outcomes resulting from resume usage
• Technical issues on third-party platforms or hosting services
